Opportunity: Art and Community Worker

25th July 2016

Exciting new opportunity at Deveron Arts

Deveron Arts have an exciting new opportunity to support the curation and programming of Deveron Arts in and around Huntly. As a host for artists, visitors and the local community, hospitality is at the core of Deveron Arts’ vision and all its operations. Generating ideas surrounding food through a land-to- table approach, are key to our programme and day to day activity. These aim to bring art, people and place together, to develop modes of local sustainability and interrogate relationships between environmental, economic and social influences we now want to create a longer term, multi-year art and community programme.

Taking the notion of HOME as a starting point, we are looking for a driven team member with a keen interest in community development through socially engaged art to carry out our community work in a sensitive and engaging manner.
