Edible Edinburgh Business Breakfast

Edible Edinburgh Business Breakfast

Organised by the Edible Edinburgh partnership and hosted by the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, this event will focus on the ways in which we can work together to make Edinburgh a truly sustainable food city.

This includes encouraging more local production, supply and opening up of local markets, promoting healthier and more sustainable eating, reducing food waste and packaging (especially single-use plastic) and reducing food miles and enhancing biodiversity.

Edible Edinburgh is a citywide partnership consisting of public, private and third sector organisations which are passionate about making Edinburgh a sustainable food city. Edinburgh recently achieved the Sustainable Food Cities Bronze Award. The award recognises and celebrates the success of towns and cities taking a joined up, holistic approach to food and who are achieving significant positive change on a range of food issues.
