Green Tease Online Meetups are an informal online space for discussion about intersections between culture and environmentalism. Meetups are equally open to anyone coming from any type of arts or environmental background. Each meetup has a loose theme that provides the basis for discussion.
The theme for this meetup is ‘Vision’, a space for discussions specific to visual art forms like painting, film or sculpture and for issues such as how we can meaningfully visualise the future we want to create. If there is anything that you would like to discuss you can suggest it when signing up and we will bring this into the discussion. This could be a theme, an idea, or something you’re working on that you’d like to talk about.
We want these meetups to provide a safe space for open dialogue that is as inclusive and accessible as possible. Please see our Safe Working Spaces Statement for more information. If you have any accessibility requirements to allow you to participate in the meetup, you can let us know when signing up to attend or get in touch with lewis.coenen-rowe@creativecarbonscotland.com.
The meetup will be held on Zoom. Please sign up for a spot on Eventbrite and you will receive an email with a link to join the online call on the day. The link will also be made available on the online event page. To participate, you need a device (computer, tablet, smart phone) and an internet connection. More information on how to use Zoom is available on their website.
