Bike for Good’s Southside Hub has a spacious room to let for events including meetings, training sessions, workshops, social events and kids events. The room accommodates between 100 – 120 people depending on room set up. Additional facilities include 70 chairs plus some benches, 12 folding tables, projector and screen, tea and coffee with the additional fee of £1 per person), outdoor space and a gazebo. Please note, those hiring the room will be fully responsible for event supervision and dismantling of the room after use.


We provide vegetarian and vegan food from our restaurants in Edinburgh. Our main location is at 94 Hanover Street and we also have sites near the Scottish Parliament and the Royal Mile. We also provide outside catering services within a 50 mile radius.


Our award winning venue is fully accessible and incorporates two studios, a 96 seat theatre, recording studio, gallery, offices and a café with children’s indoor play area leading onto a large garden. The venue acts as the cultural centre for the communities in EH4 2, EH4 4, EH5 1 or EH5 2 postcodes. NEA community café provides coffee and home-baking as well as a range of healthy hot meals, hot breakfast rolls and toasties which are made fresh every day and are on offer at affordable prices with several vegetarian options available.


The Project Cafe is a social enterprise focusing on accessibility, well-being and community through serving local, organic and vegetarian food and by providing a platform for community exchange. We provide catering in-house and out-side.


Elegant and contemporary office and conference space at 1 Cockburn Street is fully accessible on every floor, and has excellent IT facilities and free Wi-Fi access throughout. Our in house kitchen, through our catering partners, can provide a full range of hospitality, from soup and sandwiches to corporate lunches and fine dining.


SSW is an experimental site of learning, exchange and production, based within the rural village of Lumsden, North East Scotland. Through our workshop facilities, residencies, artist led projects and public programme we support artistic development at all levels. We place a strong emphasis on local, national and international collaboration, making, radical pedagogies and interdisciplinary practice and are committed to the promotion of dialogue that considers our rural locale within a wider globalised society.

Stills is a centre for anyone to discover, enjoy and understand photography and offers modern, stylish spaces for functions, events and meetings based in the heart of Edinburgh. All areas of the building are fully accessible by wheelchair including lifts and toilets.  Guide dogs are welcome. There is wireless connectivity throughout the building for easy Internet access and we offer a range of AV equipment, technical support and hospitality at additional cost.

The Barn is Aberdeenshire’s award-winning multi-arts venue. We provide an ambitious and inclusive cultural programme, encompassing music, theatre, film, dance, comedy, talks, visual art, workshop and environmental projects. We also support artists, makers and designers to research and create artwork inspired by our location and context.

The Workspace has meeting facilities, wi-fi and a kitchen. hire rates are designed to be affordable for local people – from £6 an hour.
